As The Panic Room Company continues to grow at pace, we’re delighted to announce a new addition to the team with the appointment of Vahid Shamasaei as sales manager for Iran.

Vahid has been involved in real estate finance and development for more than eight years and has a Master’s degree in Finance.

With a population of 81 million, the world’s largest oil and gas reserves and a broad-based economy, Iran presents many viable business opportunities for the implementation of our product range in both its commercial and residential sectors.

Commenting on his new role, Vahid said: “Over the coming months I’ll be exploring the requirements for the implementation of panic rooms, safe rooms and nuclear shelters amongst our target audiences, including the petrochemical industry, architects, construction firms, financial institutions and high net worth individuals.

“The benefits of panic and safe rooms are not widely recognised here, so I’ll be presenting those benefits and highlighting the fact that our bespoke products will provide the very highest levels of personal protection, security and peace of mind in a variety of situations.”

Concludes Paul Weldon, managing director of The Panic Room Company: “Having Vahid on board further enhances our commercial presence in the Middle East. With his extensive knowledge of the Iranian property market, he is a real asset to the business.”
